Welcome back to my blog! I am SO excited to finally post a workout! Fitness/Health is one of my passions and I love sharing new ideas. Here is a simple and quick workout you can easily do at home! I used weights that I already had at home, but they are NOT necessary. In order to see results you need to activate the muscles you'll be using throughout your workout. Here are three great warmup exercises!
