Welcome back to my blog! I haven't posted in a while and wanted to write a life update. Do you ever have those seasons of life where you feel like you are living in fight or flight mode? That's been me recently. The past two months have been tough for Devin and I, as well as both of our families. We lost 3 family members in less than two months, all who were very near to our hearts. It has definitely been a challenging season for both of us and I wanted to share a little bit about what I've learned throughout these past few weeks. At first, after losing my Grandpa I felt overwhelmed by how sad I felt. It's normal to feel deeply sad after losing a loved one, but I felt like I had all these deep feelings of grief and nowhere for them to go.  I stumbled upon this quote and it really changed my perspective.
